For several years in a row, Sigma Software Labs has been an active participant and partner of IT Arena, Ukrainian largest tech and startup event. Last year, we were proud to support the Startup Track, offering key opportunities for ambitious Ukrainian startups. One notable success story was INPUT SOFT, which not only won our Synergetic Space places but also became our portfolio company.
This year, we’re excited to return to IT Arena 2024 with our meetup “Community Power: Myth or Reality?”. At Sigma Software Labs, we have spent years developing the startup ecosystem, launching initiatives like UNICORN Startup Competition and Synergetic Space to provide entrepreneurs with the resources they need to succeed. Now, we’re bringing this experience to the stage to explore how communities can drive innovation and growth for your project.
During this session, we will tackle important questions about the role of communities in startup development:
- Can Ukraine adapt the successful community models of Silicon Valley?
- How has the war reshaped communities, and can challenges make them stronger?
- What role do women play in building inclusive and resilient tech communities?
- How does collaboration within communities foster innovation, and is the future of community-building digital?
Speakers:
- Anastasia Smyk — CEO & Co-founder at INPUT SOFT
- Jane Klepa — Director of Partnerships and Innovation at SET University
- Anna Kulchytska — Product Strategist at The Gradient
- Ievgeniia Bespalova — Head of Ecosystem at UNIT.City
Moderated by Kate Stefanovych, PR at Sigma Software, this panel promises an insightful discussion with practical takeaways for founders, entrepreneurs, and community builders.
