CEO roles at Sigma Software Labs: lead a startup without starting from zero.

Sigma Software Labs is opening a new chapter – for the first time, we’re running a public search for co-founding CEO partners to take full ownership of two products inside our venture lab. This is a co-founder-style role – we’re looking for leaders ready to join as partners and scale what’s already working.

The hard part is already done: we’ve validated the problem, built the product, tested demand, and invested real resources. Now we’re at the moment that makes or breaks most ventures: scaling. That’s why we’re seeking co-founding CEO partners who can transform opportunity and demand into a repeatable growth engine.

Who are we looking for:

  • Entrepreneurs ready for a true CEO seat to own strategy, execution, and results end-to-end
  • Proven scaler who has taken a product business beyond early traction
  • Strong GTM visionary who can build sales, partnerships, and a repeatable growth engine
  • The commercial and financial owner is confident in unit economics and hard trade-offs
  • High-autonomy leader who hires well, leads teams, and moves fast with full accountability
  • Executive communicator with strong negotiation skills, English C1+ (new markets experience is a plus)

What you will do:

  • Own the business end to end: strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team, and results
  • Turn existing traction into repeatable, scalable growth on new markets & clients
  • Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making
  • Leverage Sigma Software Group’s ecosystem to the fullest – technical teams, product/design, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partners, and client network
  • Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance
  • Represent the company with credible storytelling, strong PR presence, and relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors

If you think like a founder – setting direction, building teams, making tough calls, and taking full ownership of outcomes – we want to meet you. Experience scaling B2B or B2B2C products is a strong plus.

Product A

SocialTech (Community/Marketplace)

Community-curated platform helping Ukrainians abroad find trusted local services and discover authentic Ukrainian products in one place.

Why it matters: Millions of people rely on fragmented Telegram/Instagram/Maps suggestions – high noise, low trust, zero structure. This product turns “word of mouth” into a scalable, trusted discovery layer – and adds commerce to support Ukrainian brands.

Traction & stage: Verified recommendations across 30+ countries, growing community to 2,500+ users, marketplace MVP, and country-by-country expansion roadmap.

Product B

B2B FinTech/Crypto payments infrastructure

Turnkey platform for batch-paying contractors in crypto (including stablecoins) with tracking, verification, and reporting.

Why it matters: Global teams need fast payouts, but crypto payments are risky and operationally messy: wrong networks, lost access, manual reconciliations, and audit headaches. This product reduces payout risk and administrative overhead while maintaining clean reporting across jurisdictions.

Traction & stage: $1.5M+ total payroll processed, live with customers, scaling focus: faster onboarding, more network integrations, and partnerships to drive high-volume usage.
